BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Redevelopment Agency is required by law to adopt policies and procedures governing the provision of relocation assistance to persons displaced as a result of real property acquisition activities undertaken by the Redevelopment Agency.

The proposed policies and procedures have been drafted in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 279, Chapter 342, the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended, and 49 CFR Part 24 (2024 Final Rule).
