Additional Comments:

Original contract amount was $2,860,000, and Supplemental No. 1 extended the contract term. Supplemental No. 2 increase of $425,000 revises the total contract amount to $3,285,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On June 15, 2021, Clark County entered into a professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. to provide engineering services for the Las Vegas Boulevard Roadway Improvements between Interstate 215 and Fashion Show Drive project.

Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. provides funds for  additional design services associated with the off-site improvements of the A's Stadium. The term of the contact remains effective until December 31, 2028, unless time extensions are granted.

GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
