BACKGROUND:
On July 14, 2023, State of Minnesota and NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Procurement Program awarded Contract 23004 to Dell Inc. and then assigned to Dell Marketing L.P., Contract 23026. This approval provides for computer equipment, peripherals and related services.
The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
• The term of the Contract being utilized is from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025 and includes a 36 month extension in increments as determined by the Lead State, through a duly executed amendment.
• Clark County is not under exclusive contract with Dell Marketing L.P. and therefore, can cease purchasing product / services at any time.
This approval is in accordance with NRS 333.470, use of facilities of Purchasing Division by Nevada System of Higher Education, local governments and districts to obtain supplies, materials and equipment.
Dell Marketing L.P. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
