In accordance with NRS 709.070, public notice has been published in a local newspaper for four consecutive weeks and posted in a public location in the unincorporated town affected at least ten days before the public hearing. The Board is requested to hold a public hearing on March 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to receive comments or objections to consider awarding a telecommunications franchise to provide telecommunication services in certain unincorporated areas of Clark County.
Following the public hearing, the Board is requested to approve the attached First Amendment to the Telecommunications System Franchise Agreement with Metro Fibernet, LLC.
