BACKGROUND: 

The Department of Real Property Management (RPM) contracted with Gensler Architects to provide programming and design concepts for a full service rehabilitation center, consisting of detox, 30-day, 90-day, and 6-month addiction treatment services. Gensler Architects has completed two distinctly different design concepts, which will be presented for consideration. RPM and Community Housing are seeking direction from the Board of County Commissioners to move one of the conceptual design concepts into the design phase.
