BACKGROUND:

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved the Jones Boulevard between Blue Diamond Road and Windmill Lane project on its annual Capital Improvement Program from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds.

The Board and RTC previously approved two supplementals to Interlocal Contract No. 1120, increasing total funds for the project.

The attached Supplemental No. 3 to Interlocal Contract No. 1120 increases total funds for additional design to cover in-house labor costs. The time of performance remains effective until June 30, 2024, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the third supplemental contract at its meeting on August 10, 2023.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the third supplemental contract as to form.
