BACKGROUND: 

On June 7, 2022, the Board directed staff to draft an ordinance to amend the Title 2, Chapter 2.90, Section 2.90.040 to remove the requirement for an annual audit of the art fund.

The ordinance was introduced at the Board of County Commissioners' meeting on June 21, 2022, and a public hearing was set for July 19, 2022, at 10 a.m.  Staff recommends approval of the ordinance.
