BACKGROUND:
On October 2, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with WSP USA Solutions, Inc., formerly known as Louis Berger US, Inc. (Corporation), to provide professional engineering services for the Flamingo Wash between Maryland Parkway and Palos Verdes Street project.
Supplemental No. 3 to the professional engineering services contract increases total funds for additional professional engineering design services during the construction of the Tropicana Wash Lid, and Flamingo Wash between Cambridge Street and Maryland Parkway (Phase 1); additional engineering services to prepare final Issued for Bid plans and design services during construction for the Flamingo Wash between University Center Drive and Palos Verdes Street (Phase 2); and will extend the time of performance to March 31, 2028, unless further time extensions are granted.
WSP USA Solutions, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the third supplemental contract as to form.
