BACKGROUND: 

Nevada Plants desires to purchase 10-15 trees valued at Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500) and donate said trees to the County to be planted at Hollywood Regional Park. In addition, Nevada Plants will provide volunteers to assist in the installation.

The installation and maintenance will be the responsibility of the County.
