Description:

This is an Interlocal Agreement for the Livescan Program User Agreement on Behalf of the Department of Human Resources.  

Additional Comments:

The total Agreement award is in the amount of $400,000

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for electronic fingerprinting services to perform criminal history background checks on individuals. The submissions will be initiated by the Department of Human Resources for employees and new applicants.
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
•                     The term of the Agreement is from August 1, 2024 through May 31, 2028.
•                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
