BACKGROUND:
The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved and budgeted funding for the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Master Plan project (Public Works Project No. PW.R262DFT) in coordination with Clark County, City of Las Vegas, City of North Las Vegas, City of Henderson, City of Boulder City, and City of Mesquite. The Board of County Commissioners approved the interlocal contract on October 5, 2021.
Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract No. 1320 increases the project’s funding for implementation of the ITS Master Plan. The additional funding will be used for the construction costs associated with ITS infrastructure improvements.
RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract No. 1320 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the fourth supplemental interlocal contract at its meeting on December 11, 2025.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental interlocal contract as to form.
