BACKGROUND: 

IHCS, Inc. dba Maven Asset Management (Company) has significant experience in Maximo software license management and the proficiency to migrate Maximo to a Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation model. As a business partner of IBM, Company is able to offer technical expertise and competitive pricing. The pertinent provisions of the contract are as follows:

                     The term of the contract is for five (5) years.
                     The total contract amount shall not exceed $1,684,764.94.

In accordance with NRS 332.115.1(b), (h), (i), this contract is exempt from competitive bidding requirements as the services to be performed are professional in nature, include software for computers, and involve maintenance and support of software for computers.

The contract has been reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office.
