BACKGROUND:

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1219 and budgeted funding for the Pyle Avenue between Las Vegas Boulevard and Bermuda Road project on its annual Capital Improvement Program from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on October 6, 2020.

Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract No. 1219 will add additional design funds to cover right-of-way costs. The interlocal contract is effective until June 30, 2025, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the first supplemental contract at its meeting on November 9, 2023.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
