BACKGROUND:
On December 15, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. for a project ("Flashing Yellow Arrows (FYA) and Traffic Signal Improvements at Various Locations") for the design of traffic signals, traffic signal modifications for flashing yellow arrows, roundabout modification, signs, striping, and median islands at various locations throughout Clark County.
Supplemental No. 4 to the professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. extends the contract's time of performance to December 31, 2026, to allow for completion for work orders, unless further time extensions are granted.
GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
