Contract for deployment and support of closed-circuit television (CCTV) storage centers

BACKGROUND: 

This Contract will allow Quantum Corporation (Company) to provide replacement server and storage solutions, including licensing, installation, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support for the airport's CCTV and Video Management System (VMS) infrastructure. The upgraded environment will replace the existing legacy system, improving reliability, redundancy, recovery capabilities, and management of more than 100 virtual machines. Company will deliver, install, and support the new platform while coordinating with other third parties to ensure proper integration and operation. The solution will replace end-of-life server and video recording hardware, improve storage efficiency, support future system growth, and maintain compatibility and uninterrupted support for critical security operations.

The term of the contract will be from date of award through project completion, anticipated within 25 weeks of purchase order issuance, including one year of post-completion support, followed by six additional years of support services.

In accordance with NRS 332.115(1)(c),(d)(h), and (i)(1)(2), this contract is not adapted to award by competitive solicitation as it is for additions to and repairs and maintenance of equipment which may be more efficiently added to, repaired or maintained by a certain person; equipment which, by reason of the training of the personnel or of an inventory of replacement parts maintained by the local government is compatible with existing equipment; software for computers and; maintenance and support for hardware and associated peripheral equipment and devices for computers; software for computers.

Contract has been approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office. Company holds a Clark County business license.
