BACKGROUND: 

The survey department of Kleinfelder Inc. has been acquired by MHP Limited LLC, therefore, requiring an assignment of the County’s professional surveying services contract with Kleinfelder Inc. to MHP Limited LLC for surveying services for the Badura Avenue between Durango Drive and Tenaya Way project (No. PW.R242BFT). All new project contracts will be negotiated with MHP Limited LLC.

MHP Limited LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the assignment agreement as to form.
