BACKGROUND:
On April 1, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the Master Services Agreement for SOQ No. 607190-24 for Professional Services for Real Property Management. Design Vision, Inc. dba SLA Land Architects (NBE) was approved for Category 2: New Construction/Renovation projects. On June 26, 2025, Real Property Management executed a Task Order to Design Vision, Inc. dba SLA Land Architects (NBE) in the amount of $415,770.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Task Order:
• The term of the Task Order was from date of award through October 31, 2027.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
Approval of Amendment No. 1 will provide for additional design services. The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the modifications and costs involved.
Design Vision, Inc. dba SLA Land Architects currently holds a Clark County Business License.
