BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607352-24, for Logandale Sports Complex, Phase II Improvements (SNPLMA) was advertised on October 22, 2024 and opened on December 9, 2024. 4 Bids were received from the following firms:

CG&B Enterprises, Inc. (NBE)
APCO Construction (NBE)
Rafael Construction, Inc. (NBE)
The Korte Company (NBE)
This Contract is for the construction of approximately 10 acres of new sports complex amenities to include playgrounds, splash pad, pickleball courts, two (2) baseball fields and a skate park. Work also includes any demolition required to construct or install new features, utility work and on-site or off-site work required to achieve project completion.
All Bids received for the above referenced project are recommended for rejection. County received a protest. During review of the protest, it was determined that the bid documents were unclear. A new Invitation for Bid for this effort will be issued to revise specifications.
