Additional Comments:

Supplemental No. 2 increase of $172,345 revises the total contract value to $1,270,000.

 

BACKGROUND:

On November 21, 2017, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with Horrocks Engineers, Inc. for engineering services for the design of the Fort Apache Road between Alexander Road and the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway project.

Supplemental No. 1 to the professional services contract was approved on July 2, 2019, for additional engineering services and extended the contract time of performance.

The attached Supplement No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract with Horrocks Engineers, Inc. will provide additional engineering services for design and extend the contract time of performance to March 31, 2022.  Horrocks Engineers, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the supplemental contract as to form.
