BACKGROUND:
On November 13, 2023, in accordance with the NRS 332 Resolution approved by the Board of County Commissioners (Board), the Department of Finance, Purchasing and Contracts Division approved the award of CBE No. 606874-23 to Carahsoft Technology Corporation (LBE) in the amount of $961,994.66 for services that will provide for a multi-agency mass casualty incident data sharing solution.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from September 29, 2023, through June 30, 2024, and included the option to renew for 2, one-year periods. There is 1 renewal option remaining per Amendment No. 2.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
Amendment No. 1 provided additional enhancement to the case management system and a change to the title of the project.
Amendment No. 2 provided additional enhancements to the subscription and extended the Contract term for an additional year.
Approval of Amendment No. 3 will provide for an additional 3 years to the Contract term and allow for a transition in cloud hosting, with services moving to a vendor-hosted environment. The attached Amendment No. 3 document details the modifications and costs involved.
Carahsoft Technology Corporation currently holds a Clark County Vendor Registration.
