BACKGROUND:
Goosecreek, LLC dba Lochsa Surveying has one active contract with the Clark County Department of Public Works for the following project:
• Alexander Road between Pecos Road and Puebla Street and
Pebble Road between Eastern Avenue and Pecos Road (No. PW.R135AB1)
Effective as of December 2, 2020, Lochsa Surveying, a Nevada-based surveying and related services company, restructured into a new entity called Lochsa Engineering, LLC. As a result, Lochsa Surveying requests the aforementioned contract be reassigned to Lochsa Engineering, LLC.
Lochsa Engineering, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the assignment agreement as to form.
