BACKGROUND: 

Medinix Medical Services Singh PLLC dba Astrana Care of Nevada (Company) and the Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) have conducted a direct negotiation for a Concession Lease Agreement (Agreement) to operate a medical clinic in Terminal 1, pre-security, next to the A/B security checkpoint at Harry Reid International Airport (Airport).

The pertinent provisions of this Agreement are as follows:
      -The term of the Agreement will be two years with one additional five year option.
      -Company shall pay a monthly rental rate of $3,000.00 in advance. Additionally, eight percent of the
       Gross Revenue received from products sold at the Airport.

Advertising, in accordance with NRS 496.090, has been completed. The Agreement has been approved as to form by the District Attorney’s Office. Company will obtain a Clark County business license prior to commencing operations.
