BACKGROUND:

The Clark County Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) has programmed funds for the design and construction of flood control improvements. On April 11, 2019, RFCD and Clark County entered into an interlocal contract for design of the Flamingo Wash between Maryland Parkway and Palos Verdes Street project. The Board of County Commissioners approved the interlocal contract on May 7, 2019.

Supplemental No. 6 to the interlocal contract increases entity labor funds. The term of the contract remains effective until June 30, 2028, unless further time extensions are granted.

RFCD approved the sixth supplemental contract at its meeting on December 11, 2025.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the sixth supplemental contract as to form.
