BACKGROUND: 

Project No. 21500, “Rapid Response Construction Services”, will provide as-needed construction services for District owned and operated facilities and infrastructure for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend the contract for one (1) additional year. Under the terms of this contract, the contractor is required to start work within two (2)  hours of receiving direction from the District. Rapid response is critical to repair or make improvements that are vital to the continuing  operation of the District infrastructure or facilities.

A request for bids was published on May 04, 2021 in the Las Vegas Review-Journal and was posted on the District's website. Bids were received and publicly opened on June 10, 2021 at 2:00pm. Three (3) bids were received:
