BACKGROUND:

On June 12, 2023, Clark County (County) granted a Non-Exclusive Easement (GOE) to the City of Henderson (COH) for private driveway access on the County-owned parcel Assessor's Parcel Number 179-28-501-005, known as the County Museum, to the COH owned parcel Assessor's Parcel Number 179-28-501-007 (Site).  On November 8, 2023, the GOE was re-recorded to correct the legal description.  On December 7, 2023, the Site was sold by COH to STNL Henderson, LLC (STNL) which automatically transferred the GOE to STNL.  Due to STNL’s development of the Site, as a requirement for the completion of their project, language needs to be added to the GOE to address storm water.

This item was presented to the County's Long Range Planning Committee on October 23, 2024.
