BACKGROUND:

On June 7, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved an interlocal agreement with the City of Henderson (COH) for design and construction of the widening of the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway between Pecos Road and Stephanie Street project.

The attached second amendment provides funds for construction costs for the widening of the Bruce Woodbury Beltway, including reconfiguration of the Green Valley Parkway Interchange and a pedestrian bridge at Green Valley Parkway and Village Walk, and extends the term of the agreement to December 31, 2028 or completion of construction.

COH approved the second amendment to the interlocal agreement at its Council meeting held on February 18, 2025.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second amendment as to form.
