BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 606584-23, for Stephanie Campus Automotive, New Trailer was advertised on March 21, 2023 and opened on April 25, 2023. The Bid amounts are as follows:

Monument Construction dba Monument (NBE) $2,388,745.23
* The Bid received from Sletten Construction of Nevada, Inc. is recommended for rejection for failure to submit the Subcontractors Exceeding 5% of Base Bid Amount and the Subcontractors Exceeding 1% of Base Bid Amount forms correctly.
This Contract is for the construction of off-site and on-site wet and dry utility connections, domestic water, sanitary sewer, electrical, low voltage, central HVAC Controls, Access Controls and site improvements.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 210 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Monument Construction dba Monument currently holds a Clark County Business License.
