BACKGROUND: 

The proposed ordinance corrects clerical errors in Table 108.2.6(2) and Table 108.2.6(5) of Clark County Code Section 13.04.070, adopted on December 02, 2025, by Ordinance No.5321.

A Business Impact Statement (BIS) was prepared pursuant to NRS 237 and noticed for public comment beginning on January 22, 2026.

Staff recommends introduction of the ordinance and setting a public hearing for April 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the proposed ordinance as to form.
