BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607768-25, for CC 215 West Bruce Woodbury Beltway from Charleston Boulevard to Far Hills Avenue was advertised on November 19, 2025, and opened on January 21, 2026. The Bid amount is as follows:

Las Vegas Paving Corporation (NBE) $73,500,000
This Contract is for the construction necessary for widening of the CC 215 West Bruce Woodbury Beltway from Charleston Boulevard to Far Hills Drive including removal of existing improvements; mainline concrete paving milling/grinding, UTACS, and concrete paving repairs; plantmix bituminous surfacing; bridge structures; drainage facilities; guardrail; concrete barrier rail; signage; lighting/luminaire replacement; milling; pavement markings; chain-link fence and gate; MSE walls, retaining wall, and soil nail wall; and traffic signal modifications.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 540 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within seven (7) business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Las Vegas Paving Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
