BACKGROUND: 

Staff has revised the County's affordable housing reservation list pursuant to the Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act.

The attached list includes 24 sites, totaling approximately 261.9 acres of land. Accompanying is a list of previously reserved land which is being relinquished, totaling approximately 192.5 acres of land.

If approved, the Director of the Department of Comprehensive Planning will submit the list to the BLM Southern Nevada District Office.
