BACKGROUND: 

On June 25, 2026, the Clark County Water Reclamation District (District) reached a tentative agreement with the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) for the Non-Supervisory Unit, to be effective July 21, 2026, through June 30, 2031.  The SEIU membership voted and ratified the New CBA on Thursday, June 17, 2026.

The New CBA consists of nine (9) amendments to the existing contract.

Attachment I contains the summary of changes.

Attachment II contains the proposed entire Non-Supervisory agreement in its entirety, including all changes.  New language is bolded/capitalized and deleted language is shown with strike-throughs.

Attachment III is the Non-Supervisory Fiscal Impact Assessment Summary which outlines whether each article remained unchanged, changed with no fiscal impact, and changed with a fiscal impact.

Attachment IV is the SEIU Non-Supervisory Fiscal Impact Summary which outlines the total contract cost and/or savings of the agreement for two hundred fifty-seven (257) SEIU Local 1107 eligible positions.
