BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607625-25, for CC-Bruce Woodbury Beltway Frontage Road from Sunset Road to Decatur Boulevard was advertised on August 14, 2025, and opened on September 22, 2025. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for improvements that include pavement rehabilitation, pavement widening, construction of curbs, gutters, sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, cross gutters, raised medians, and retaining walls, installation of pedestrian rail, concrete barrier rail, guardrail impact attenuators, fences, miscellaneous drainage improvements, sidewalk under drains, drop inlets, streetlights and fiber optic conduits, and streetlight and fiber optic pull boxes. Existing striping will be removed and replaced. New streetlights will be installed with light emitting diodes (LED) fixtures and existing street light luminaries will be replaced with LED fixtures. Ground mounted and overhead sign panels will be removed and replaced along with other necessary appurtenances required to make a good, complete and serviceable project within the right-of-way.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 240 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Las Vegas Paving Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
