BACKGROUND:

Alpha Landscapes, LLC (Alpha) desires to haul off soils from a residential project that is located adjacent to Clark County (County) owned Assessor's Parcel Numbers 163-29-601-001 and 163-29-601-009. Due to the existing surrounding improvements, the County parcel is the only viable access to the rear yard. A Revocable License Agreement (License) will be needed to allow Alpha to stage and use vehicles to remove materials on County property with the licensed area of approximately 1.48 acres for a maximum of two (2) days. The license fee amount is $1,331.60. The License requires Alpha to indemnify the County against all liability arising from any injury or damage caused by Alpha or its agents and fo failure to comply with the License.
