BACKGROUND:

MITNV, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (Licensee) desires to construct and maintain 1,200 gallon grease interceptor improvements in the County property, generally located on State Street, south of Sahara Avenue, (Assessor's Parcel Number 162-10-599-014) adjacent to Licensee's property (Assessor's Parcel Number 162-10-510-002).

The revocable license and maintenance agreement will allow the Licensee to construct and maintain the grease interceptor improvements in the County property, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the agreement and license. Licensee assumes all costs for improvements, including maintenance, and said improvements shall not interfere with the installation, maintenance or use of the street lighting system, traffic signal systems, fiber optic, water pipes, drains, sewers, or the flow of water therein, installed, maintained, used or authorized by the Board of County Commissioners or any other district hereafter created for any governmental purpose.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the agreement as to form.
