BACKGROUND:
On November 8, 2022, the parties submitted their dispute to an impartial fact-finder pursuant to NRS 288.200. The positions of the parties and opinion of the fact finder are outlined in the non-binding recommendation by John Kagel, Fact Finder, on December 27, 2022.
Of the agreement, one (1) article was amended.
Attachment I contains the Fact Finder's opinion and recommendation.
Attachment II is the summary of changes.
Attached III contains the proposed article including the changed and new language for your information. With new language bolded/capitalized and deleted language stricken.
Attachment IV is the CCPA Fiscal Impact Assessment Summary which outlines by article which elements of the contract are unchanged, changed with no fiscal impact, and changed resulting in a fiscal impact.
Attachment V is the CCPA Fiscal Assessment Summary which outlines the total contract cost of the Fact Finder's recommendation for one hundred and fifty-four (154) impacted CCPA positions
