BACKGROUND:

On August 9, 2018, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1026 for the Fort Apache Road between Blue Diamond Road and Warm Springs Road project (No. PW.R113DFT) providing funds for engineering on its annual Capital Improvement Program initially from Fuel Revenue Indexing Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on September 4, 2018, for engineering for the project.

RTC and the Board subsequently approved three supplementals to Interlocal Contract No. 1026 to increase funds for engineering and right-of-way costs.

The attached Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract 1026 extends the term of the contract for the subject project to June 30, 2028, unless further time extensions are granted. The current total contract value for the project is $3,200,000.

RTC approved the fourth supplemental contract at its meeting on June 8, 2023.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
