BACKGROUND:

On July 12, 2018, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1019 for the Silverado Ranch Boulevard between Jones Boulevard and Dean Martin Drive project on its annual Capital Improvement Program initially from Fuel Revenue Indexing Funds.  The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on August 7, 2018.

Supplemental No. 5 to Interlocal Contract No. 1019 reduces funding for design and construction of the project, as the project is nearing completion. The term of the contract remains effective until June 30, 2028, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 5 to Interlocal Contract No. 1019 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the fifth supplemental contract at its meeting on February 12, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fifth supplemental contract as to form.
