Wireless Site License Fees

Additional Comments:

The wireless site license fee is $685.00 per site per year, or $3,455.00 per site per year for certain smart poles on Las Vegas Blvd., with annual increases based on annual increases in CPI.

 

BACKGROUND: 

CITYSWITCH SWF DEVCO1, LLC is a communication service company that has requested that it be allowed to use space on public streetlight poles to install antennas and other equipment necessary to provide wireless communication services in the County. This Agreement would allow CITYSWITCH to install its antennas on streetlight poles in the County rights-of-way. In exchange, CITYSWITCH would pay the County $685.00 per year per year or $3,455.00 per site per year for certain smart poles on Las Vegas Blvd., subject to annual increases based on annual increases in the CPI. The term of the Agreement is ten years.   

The Board is requested to approve the attached Wireless Use License Agreement with CITYSWITCH SWF DEVCO1, LLC.
