BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607105-24, for Decatur Boulevard Phase 1 - Rush Avenue to Silverado Ranch Boulevard & Blue Diamond to Camero Avenue was advertised on May 22, 2024, and opened on June 25, 2024. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation and services for the construction of “Decatur Boulevard Phase 1 - Rush Avenue to Silverado Ranch Boulevard and Blue Diamond to Camero Avenue”. The improvements generally consist of hot-mix asphaltic concrete pavement and/or rehabilitation of existing asphalt pavement, ADA upgrades, traffic signal modification, upgrade lighting to LED, traffic control devices, pavement markings, median island installation/modifications, new storm drains and storm drain drop inlets, vertical relocation of surface utilities, relocation of required utilities and other miscellaneous improvement along the proposed project limits within the unincorporated area of Clark County, Nevada.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 180 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
UNICON (UNICON LLC) currently holds a Clark County Business License.
