BACKGROUND:
On March 18, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) selected and awarded AAC Las Vegas Outpatient Center LLC dba Desert Hope Outpatient Center (NBE), CMJ Recovery NV LLC dba Vogue Recovery Center (NBE), Charleston Residential Services, LLC dba CrossRoads of Southern Nevada (NBE), Concorde Treatment Center LLC dba Desert Hope Center (NBE), Freedom House Sober Living Inc. dba Freedom Behavioral Health (NBE), Virtue Recovery Las Vegas LLC (NBE) and WestCare Nevada, Inc. (NBE).
On March 18, 2025, Contracts with AAC Las Vegas Outpatient Center LLC dba Desert Hope Outpatient Center (NBE), Charleston Residential Services, LLC dba CrossRoads of Southern Nevada (NBE), Concorde Treatment Center LLC dba Desert Hope Center (NBE), Freedom House Sober Living Inc. dba Freedom Behavioral Health (NBE), and Virtue Recovery Las Vegas LLC (NBE) were awarded.
On April 15, 2025, CMJ Recovery LLC dba Vogue Recovery Center (NBE) was awarded.
This Contract will provide assessment and treatment to adult defendants who have been assigned into a Las Vegas Justice Court, Specialty Court.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract is from date of award through June 30, 2025, and includes the option to renew for 4, one-year periods.
• Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 4% for possible price increase for renewal terms.
• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(b), the competitive bidding process is not required as the services to be performed are professional in nature. Pursuant to internal policies and procedures, Clark County solicited these services through the RFP process.
WestCare Nevada, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
