Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $277,000, and Supplemental Nos. 1 and 2 extended the contract term. Supplemental No. 3 increased the contract by $1,395,000. Supplemental No. 4 increase of $565,000 revises the total contract value to $2,237,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On December 6, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. to provide predesign services for a pedestrian bridge over Las Vegas Boulevard at Bellagio Drive. 

Supplemental No. 4 to the professional engineering services contract is for the pedestrian bridge rehabilitation design services for the bridges located at Flamingo Road and Las Vegas Boulevard. 

GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License. 

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
