BACKGROUND: 

The pedestrian/bike trail along the west side of I-11 between Sandhill Road and Boulder Highway has become a nuisance due to the homeless camping out along this trail.

Commissioner Segerblom has requested that the trail be removed.

Public Works is requesting the Board's input on whether to remove the trail, or continue to maintain it.
