BACKGROUND: 

On September 17, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with HDR Engineering, Inc. for design of the Jones Boulevard between Tropicana Avenue and Clark County 215 Beltway project (No. PW.R135AB1).

Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract with HDR Engineering, Inc. extends the time of performance to November 28, 2025 to complete design and construction of the project. 

HDR Engineering, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License. 

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
