BACKGROUND:
On July 1, 2024, the Department of Business License processed an application for a Manufacturer Liquor License for LUCKY29 LIQUORS, LLC, d.b.a LUCKY29 LIQUORS, located at 3550 E Post Rd, Units 700 & 800, Las Vegas, NV 89120. The application was approved by the Director of Business License on February 26, 2025, for the February 2025 Director's Administrative Agenda.
Staff recommends that the Board authorize the Chair to sign the application for approval for a Manufacturer Liquor License for LUCKY29 LIQUORS, LLC, d.b.a LUCKY29 LIQUORS.
