Initial contract amount was $800,000 and Supplemental Nos. 1 through 4 combined amounts increased contract by $2,215,000 for a total of $3,015,000. Supplemental No. 5 increase of $315,000 revises the total contract value to $3,330,000, for services to be requested by work order, with funding from any of the above-mentioned sources. |
BACKGROUND:
On June 20, 2017, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. to provide engineering services for various Clark County Department of Public Works storm drainage improvements and repairs, as needed on a work order request format.
The Board previously approved four supplementals to the professional engineering services contract with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. for additional engineering services and a time of performance extension to December 31, 2023, with an option to extend one additional year.
The attached Supplemental No. 5 to the professional services contract with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. increases total funds for additional design and construction support services to existing work order projects.
CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fifth supplemental contract as to form.
