BACKGROUND:
On May 8, 2024, in accordance with the NRS 332 Resolution approved by the Board of County Commissioners (Board), the Department of Finance, Purchasing and Contracts Division approved the award of CBE No. 607078-24 to Carahsoft Technology Corporation (LBE) in the amount not to exceed $400,000 to assist County with Cloud Solutions services.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract being utilized was from October 14, 2016 through September 15, 2026.
• Clark County is not under exclusive contract with Carahsoft Technology Corporation and therefore, can cease purchasing product / services at any time.
This approval will provide for the development and implementation of the management system to support the new Clark County Sports and Special Events Department.
Carahsoft Technology Corporation currently holds a Clark County Vendor Registration.
