BACKGROUND:
This Agreement is to provide reimbursement to City of Mesquite to allow all Clark County residents to have access to parks, activities, fitness, and recreational services for the same cost as local city residents through its Mesquite Recreation Center program. The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:• The term of the Agreement is from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement with advanced written notice.The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
