BACKGROUND:

On August 8, 2013, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 725 for the Carey Avenue between Nellis Boulevard and Toiyabe Street project on its annual Capital Improvement Plan. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on September 3, 2013.

Supplemental No. 6 to Interlocal Contract No. 725 extends the project completion date to June 30, 2027, and decreases design funds, as the project is nearing completion.

RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 6 to Interlocal Contract No. 725 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the sixth supplemental contract at its meeting on February 12, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the sixth supplemental contract as to form.
