Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $4,243,119, and Supplemental Nos. 1 through 4 combined amounts increased contract by $3,850,000 for a total of $8,093,119. Supplemental No. 5 increase of $250,000 revises the total contract value to $8,343,119.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On January 7, 2019, the Board of Clark County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services Contract with Horrocks LLC, formerly known as Horrocks Engineers, Inc., for engineering services for design of the Summerlin Parkway - Clark County 215 (CC215) Beltway Interchange project.

Supplemental No. 5 to the professional engineering services contract with Horrocks LLC will provide additional professional engineering services for design, post design, and record drawings. The contract's time of performance will be extended to December 31, 2028, unless further time extensions are granted.

Horrocks LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fifth supplemental contract as to form.
