BACKGROUND:
On June 3, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. to provide engineering services for the design of the Cactus Avenue between Verona Wood Street and Valley View Boulevard project (No. PW.R04147A).
The Board previously approved four supplemental contracts for the subject project for additional design engineering services, including the extension of the project scope to Polaris Avenue; additional final engineering design, including extra survey monumentation, storm drain design, potholing; post design services; and further design and post-design engineering services.
The attached Supplemental No. 5 to the professional services contract with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. extends the contract time of performance to June 30, 2022, to complete the project.
CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fifth supplemental contract as to form.
